Business Immigration

If you are an entrepreneur hoping to immigrate to Canada, the Business Immigration Program may be ideal for you. After a consultation with you, and depending on your assets and work experience, we can help you apply to immigrate in the self-employed category, entrepreneur category, or investor category. If your application is successful, you and your immediate family will recieve Canadian immigration visas.

We also help you fulfill the numerous pre-application business immigration requirements, including: establishing or acquiring a percentage of equity in a qualifying Canadian business; establishing that you will be active in the management of the business; and establishing that the business will create at least one new job for a Canadian citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident other than yourself or one of your immediate family members.

Skilled Worker Category

If you:

  • speak English or French;
  • are an entrepreneur;
  • Customs duties and income and other taxes
  • have a post-secondary graduate degree; and
  • have several years of professional work experience;

and have aspirations to immigrate to Canada, a Federal Skilled Worker application may be ideal for you.

Under the Federal Skilled Worker (Professional) category, applicants are evaluated and scored on the following six aspects:

  • 1. Age (10 points)
  • 2. Education (25 points)
  • 3. Work experience (24 points)
  • 4. Language skills (English and French) (21 points)
  • 5. Arranged employment (10 points)
  • 6. Adaptability (10 points)

Successful applicants must score at least 67 points. However, even if you meet the point requirement, Canadian Immigration Officers have the power to deny your applicatation on other grounds.

Family Class and Spousal Sponsorship

To help families who come from other countries reunite in Canada, Citizenship and Immigration Canada has developed the Family Class and Spousal sponsorship program. If you are a Canadian citizen or a Canadian Permanent Resident, you can sponsor your spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner, dependent child (including adopted child) or other eligible relative (parent or grandparent), to become a Canadian permanent resident.

We have assisted many clients through the complex family sponsorship process, and have helped to reunite many families.
